Bimi’s Successful Projects

According to a World Bank report, half of Sub-Saharan Africa is under 18. A generation of potential entrepreneurs ready to drive economic development and transformative change across the continent.
The North, Adamawa, Far North, and Northwest regions of Cameroon face some of the country’s most pressing climate challenges, including drought, erratic rainfall, land degradation, and declining agricultural productivity. These challenges disproportionately affect young people, women, and smallholder farmers whose livelihoods depend on agriculture and local markets.
At [Organization Name], we believe climate resilience is not only an environmental issue—it is an economic opportunity. Through entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusive economic development, we empower communities to adapt to climate change while building sustainable livelihoods.
OUR CLIMATE COMMITMENT
We are committed to strengthening climate resilience by supporting entrepreneurs, farmers, and communities with the skills, financing, technologies, and market access needed to thrive in a changing climate.
Our approach integrates climate action across all our programs through four strategic pillars:

Climate-Smart Agriculture
We equip agripreneurs and smallholder farmers with sustainable farming practices that improve productivity while conserving natural resources. Through training, mentorship, and technical support, participants learn climate-smart production techniques that enhance resilience to droughts, floods, and changing weather patterns.

Access to Capital
We are committed to expanding access to the full range of capital that entrepreneurs need to start and grow their businesses. Our goal is to connect 2,000 early-stage entrepreneurs to financial capital (grants, loans, and investment), human capital (mentorship and expertise), social capital (networks and market linkages), and technological capital (digital tools and infrastructure). By strengthening these four forms of capital, we aim to help entrepreneurs build resilient enterprises, unlock new sources of income, and contribute to inclusive economic development.

Ecosystem Development
We work to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem by building the networks, institutions, and supportive environments that help businesses thrive. Our goal is to engage 100 ecosystem partners, including incubators, financial institutions, government agencies, and private-sector actors, to create enabling conditions for innovation and growth. Through capacity building, policy advocacy, community engagement, and program partnerships, we aim to support 1,000 entrepreneurs with improved access to markets, resources, and opportunities, fostering a more inclusive and resilient economic landscape.
